A homeFeel like a delicious Green Curry but don’t want to spend time in the kitchen. It’s your lucky day, the talented Holly Shelley @paradise_pantry did it again, and we love it!

Well thank you Holly, you completely mastered it.

 Ingredients:

Serves two / one very hungry person

  • 4 slices of tempeh
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 Hart & Soul Green Curry Soup Kit
  • 5 pieces of black fungi
  • Small handful of peas
  • 6 florets of broccoli
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  •  1 small piece of turmeric
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • Sprinkle of coconut chips / Japanese togarashi spice (optional)

Instructions:

  • Panfry slices of tempeh in coconut oil until golden, set aside.

    Empty the Hart & Soul Green Curry Kit and follow the instructions on the packaging (couldn’t be easier!)

    When told to add vegetables, add in the fungi, peas, spinach, turmeric, and broccoli
  •  
    Stir well
  •  
    Assemble in your favourite bowl, top with the tempeh and sprinkle with coconut chips & togarashi
  •  
    Enjoy with chopsticks and a big spoon to slurp!
